Welcome to QuickDub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickDub website, applications, and AI video translation and dubbing services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
QuickDub uses artificial intelligence to transcribe, translate, synthesize voice for, and optionally lip-sync video content into other languages. Output quality depends on factors including source audio clarity, language pair, and background noise. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and results may vary.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, process, or distribute content that: (a) infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; (b) contains hate speech, harassment, or unlawful material; (c) impersonates any person without authorization, including creating deceptive "deepfake" content; (d) violates the privacy or publicity rights of others; or (e) is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead. You are solely responsible for obtaining all rights and consents required to process the content you submit.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload and to the dubbed output generated for you. To provide the Service, you grant QuickDub a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train third-party models without your consent.
The Service operates on a credit system, where credits generally correspond to seconds of processed video. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Plan credits are allocated per billing period and, unless otherwise stated, do not roll over. Additional usage beyond your plan allowance is billed at the per-minute rate shown for your plan. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
The Service integrates third-party AI and payment providers to deliver transcription, translation, voice synthesis, and payment processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by QuickDub and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickDub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could cause harm or legal liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
