Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with QuickDub. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available. Because our Service incurs real-time third-party processing costs the moment a dubbing job runs, refunds are handled as described below.

1. Free Plan

Every account includes a free allowance so you can evaluate the quality and suitability of the Service before purchasing. We encourage you to test your typical content on the free plan first.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you will keep access to paid features until the end of your current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods once a period has begun, except where required by law.

3. Credits & Consumed Usage

Credits are consumed when a dubbing job completes successfully. Because processing triggers non-refundable third-party costs, credits that have already been used to generate output are not refundable. Unused subscription credits that expire at the end of a billing period are not refundable or transferable.

4. Failed or Defective Jobs

If a dubbing job fails due to a technical fault on our side, the credits for that job are automatically returned to your balance, and you are not charged for the failed output. If you believe output is defective due to a problem with the Service (not source-file quality), contact us within 7 days and we will review it and, where appropriate, re-process the job or restore your credits.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged in error - for example, a duplicate charge - contact us promptly and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous charge.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact us with your account email and the relevant invoice or project details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
